First Holy Communion and Confirmation are organised between the priest and Ardcath and Curraha National School. Children receive their First Holy Communion while in second class.
Confirmation is held in Ardcath and Curraha on alternate years whereby the Bishop confirms the children of Fifth and Sixth classes.
Confession: Children first receive the Sacrament of Forgiveness in second class. Confessions in St. Mary’s Church, Ardcath and St Andrew’s Church, Curraha are held on the first Friday of every month.
